July 2009 Good Day! Welcome to Summer!? Unlike our weather lately, at least our house sales are increasing! Even though our prices are a little lower than last years, we are seeing a climb in average & median pricing. Even the average days on market (DOM) has come down! In my eyes, all great indicators for things to come! I still feel that this is just a little dip in our strong Calgary market…I do expect things to increase as the year progresses! So, if you are thinking of Buying – great time to do so…if you are thinking of Selling – make sure that your home is spit-spot & ready before you sign on the dotted line!
